Bernie arranged an absolutely fantastic 50th birthday holiday for myself and my husband to Switzerland! The two hotels she booked, in Montreux the Grand Hotel Suisse-Majestic and in Wengen the Beausite Park Hotel, were brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough! The flights and trains arranged were great, as were the two excursions. I would not hesitate to recommend Bernie and Galactic Travels to my family and friends!

Cannes 16th May Absolutely excellent service from Bernie. She took all the stress away from both the booking and travelling on my recent business trip, all I had to do was turn up with the paperwork she had printed off for me! As I was travelling alone it was also a great comfort to know there was someone there to ring if I had had a problem. Can’t recommend her services highly enough.
Been home a couple of weeks now, bernie arranged for a surprise birthday to Disneyland Paris for my daughter and her friend, we had such a ball, an amazing experience for the girls, had a bit of a hiccup with the breakfast but bernie soon resolved that for us, bernie has booked a few holidays for us now, won’t go anywhere else as she arranged the best for us

My 2 girls arrived back from Cuba � 6 days ago & are still talking about there adventures & wish they were still there!! Bernie arranged a fabulous all-inclusive holiday to Hotel pesquero.. in Holguin, which was perfect for my 2 girls.. from the minute i told Bernie the dates which they wanted to travel until they arrived back home the service was excellent, I knew they were going to be safe & looked after. We have just returned from Venice after 4 lovely days celebrating our anniversary. Bernie arranged everything for us including the Aspire lounge at the airport and private water taxi on arrival in Venice. The trip was amazing but we walked our legs off. On our return we expected the water taxi to drop us at the road taxi in the port but to our surprise we had a speed boat straight to the airport. Jetty’s are right in front of the departure terminal. Myself and my husband have just travelled back from, the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. We stayed at Caybeach apartments in Caletta De Fuste. The apartments were very clean, and well presented for basic accommodation. All around the apartments, pool area, etc were spotless, the staff were friendly and, very helpful. The level of personalised customer service and attention to detail is absolutely second to none. I have booked two holidays with Bernie so far and looking into a third for next year – a mixture of Uk and abroad. We stayed in a lovely lodge-like home for 4 nights in Devon. Customer service with Bernie was second to none. Nothing was too much hassle even though we kept changing our minds on where we wanted to go and stay. On arrival we recieved a lovely gift with Prosecco, Coffee & Chocolates (everything you need for a few nights away) with a hand written ‘Thank you’ card. You certainly don’t get that from the big travel agents! Bernie certainly made the usual stressful holiday searching a special and relaxing experience. Wouldn’t book with anyone else now. Bernie found us the perfect mid-week break in Italy for our 20th wedding anniversary. She arranged airport parking, flights, transfers, hotel, champagne on arrival and even booked our anniversary meal at a restaurant.
