This really depends on the products booked and time when booking was made. For holidays outside 14 weeks we usually offer a deposit to secure the holiday.   We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers.  In addition you can also set up a Direct Debit and pay your holiday in monthly installments, like you would with any of your other household bills.  Alternatively you could also set up a Direct Debit for your final payment, meaning you don’t have to make contact and pay over the phone.  You can view your booking in the ‘my booking’ tab.  This allows you to make payments and also view and send copies of receipts and other documents relating to your booking.  Please ask the consultant for further details

The information contained could change from when your holiday is booked, so we advise that you continue to check up to departure.  If your booking was to become affected by any changes to testing etc we would be in touch to advise your options.

Yes, you will require travel insurance.  We can provide you with a quote when booking your holiday, although it is not a condition of booking that you buy your policy from us.
