We stayed in a lovely lodge-like home for 4 nights in Devon. Customer service with Bernie was second to none. Nothing was too much hassle even though we kept changing our minds on where we wanted to go and stay. On arrival we recieved a lovely gift with Prosecco, Coffee & Chocolates (everything you need for a few nights away) with a hand written ‘Thank you’ card. You certainly don’t get that from the big travel agents! Bernie certainly made the usual stressful holiday searching a special and relaxing experience. Wouldn’t book with anyone else now. Want to say a massive thank you to Bernie @ Galactic travels for helping us find our dream holiday. Prior to booking with Bernie we weren’t sure of what we wanted or where we wanted to go, just that we wanted the ‘WOW’ factor due to this being a 40th birthday celebration. With this limited information Bernie returned with several options for us to look through. Once we had decided on our destination Bernie then provided us with a catalogue of information regarding the resort and the local area, which satisfied our concerns of booking the holiday we wanted. The booking process was so easy and stress free and Bernie took care of everything including printing all confirmations and also checking into our flights. Bernie had also arranged complimentary executive lounge at Manchester airport and a champagne breakfast on the day of my birthday, these are just a few personal touches that you don’t get booking with a high street travel agent! What an amazing person Bernie is! From discussing and sharing ideas of an ideal mini break for us, she couldn’t do enough. We have just returned from Venice after 4 lovely days celebrating our anniversary. Bernie arranged everything for us including the Aspire lounge at the airport and private water taxi on arrival in Venice. The trip was amazing but we walked our legs off. On our return we expected the water taxi to drop us at the road taxi in the port but to our surprise we had a speed boat straight to the airport. Jetty’s are right in front of the departure terminal. Bernie arranged an absolutely fantastic 50th birthday holiday for myself and my husband to Switzerland! The two hotels she booked, in Montreux the Grand Hotel Suisse-Majestic and in Wengen the Beausite Park Hotel, were brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect holiday, from dropping the car at the airport to picking it up there was not one single hiccup. My 2 girls arrived back from Cuba � 6 days ago & are still talking about there adventures & wish they were still there!! Bernie arranged a fabulous all-inclusive holiday to Hotel pesquero.. in Holguin, which was perfect for my 2 girls.. from the minute i told Bernie the dates which they wanted to travel until they arrived back home the service was excellent, I knew they were going to be safe & looked after. Thanks very much Bernie, the holiday was absolutely excellent. Bernie was very helpful and sorted out all the additional extras eg making sure we got a fridge in our room. She made sure we had a sea view, and wow what a view it was , we could lie in bed and see the sea, it was amazing. All the paperwork was sorted she took the hassle out of booking the holiday.
